Do the products contain fragrances?

No.

Is Medature paraben-free?

Yes.

How do I know which product is right for my skin?

Medature is specifically formulated to nourish and address a wide range of skin types and concerns. For this reason, we recommend that people of all ages, environments, ethnicities and lifestyles utilize our four-step regimen from start to finish. It is highly efficacious and targeted, yet also gentle enough for even the most sensitive of skin types.

When can I expect to begin to see results?

If you follow the Medature regimen, you should begin to be able to see visible results within weeks. Results will improve over time with continued, consistent use.

How should I store the products?

Store Medature in a cool, dark space, such as a medicine cabinet. We recommend using our products within 6 months after opening to maintain ingredient potency.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we only ship to the 50 United States of America and the District of Columbia, with the exception of Puerto Rico.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent that includes all package tracking information.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

Unfortunately this is not an available option just yet. Please include a commercial or residential shipping address in check out.

How can I change or cancel my order after it has been submitted?

Once you have submitted your order online and it is being processed, we are unable to make any changes. To cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us at service@medature.co.
